Al Lerner is known as a syndicated radio talk show host and Chicago TV broadcaster with ABC, NBC and WGN who works with his wife, Linda, reviewing movies and creating video features for their web site MoviesandShakers.com. For the past nine years they have covered film festivals including SXSW, the Dallas International Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, and the Chicago International Film Festival as well as Red Carpets and one-on-one interviews with filmmakers. Al, a former pro wrestling announcer, has interviewed everyone from Presidents, and sports figures, to best selling authors and more. He’s been an extra in movies and TV series shot in Chicago and played softball with Michael Jordan. Glad to be back in Chicago.
