Exploring the origins of Rey’s parents, diving into Qi’ra’s plans for galactic domination, and a much anticipated reunion between Obi-Wan and Anakin make this month a sure-fire hit for Star Wars fans. Below includes a list and description of upcoming Star Wars projects in the month of June. It is important to note all of these release dates are subject to change.

June 1 – Bounty Hunters 23 

Follow Dengar and company in the newest issue of Ethan Sacks’ Bounty Hunters. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “A CLEAR AND PRESENT DENGAR The most underestimated bounty hunter in the galaxy in his greatest adventure yet! DENGAR makes his move – and the Underworld will be forever changed. Meanwhile, time is running out for T’ONGA and her crew to break VUKORAH… Will a young girl pay for their failure with her life?”

June 1 – Darth Vader (2020) 23 

Greg Pak’s impressive Darth Vader run, which features the character’s journey with Padme’s handmaiden Sabe, continues this month. The publisher’s summary for the 23rd issue is as follows: “THE SHADOW’S SHADOW’S SHADOW. An epic new story begins as DARTH VADER embarks upon a new mission in partnership with a sworn enemy – but who’s leading whom to doom? June 1 – Part III of Obi-Wan Kenobi

After a stunning two-part premiere, Obi-Wan Kenobi’s third chapter debuts at the top of the month.

June 7 – Stories of Jedi and Sith 

A collection of short stories featuring some of the most iconic Jedi and Sith in the galaxy releases this month. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “Just in time to celebrate the highly-anticipated re-match between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader in the Disney+ forthcoming event Obi-Wan Kenobi, here are ten original stories about the valiant Jedi and the evil Sith. June 7 – Star Wars Insider 211 

The new issue of Star Wars Insider features a look back at the adventures of Obi-Wan Kenobi  and an interview with set decorator Roger Christian on his work on the original Star Wars.

June 7 – Star Wars Vol. 4: Crimson Reign 

A trade paperback collection of issues 19-23 of Charles Soule’s Star Wars series releases this month.

June 7 – LEGO Star Wars Awesome Vehicles 

A new reference book written by Simon Hugo focuses on the starships and other vehicles from the Star Wars franchise in LEGO format. 

June 8 – Krrsantan: Star Wars Tales 1 

After his live-action debut in The Book of Boba Fett, the infamous Wookiee bounty hunter leads a one-shot comic by Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen. June 8 – Star Wars (2020) 24 

The publisher’s summary for the 24th issue of Charles Soule’s main line series is as follows: “THE FINAL HUNT! June 8 – Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords on Nintendo Switch

The sequel to the classic Knights of the Old Republic video game will release on Nintendo Switch this month.

June 8 – Episode Part IV of Obi-Wan Kenobi 

Another new episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi drops this month.

June 14 – Star Wars: Darth Vader Vol. 4 — Crimson Reign 

Issues 18-22 of Greg Pak’s Darth Vader series are collected in this new compilation.

June 14 – Star Wars: The Mandalorian: Guide to Season Two 

The making of The Mandalorian Season 2 is detailed in this exciting new collector’s book. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “A special book dedicated to the second season of the hit live-action series The Mandalorian, streaming on Disney+, including character profiles, plots, settings, and behind-the-scenes features. June 15 – Bounty Hunters 24

June 15 – Part V of Obi-Wan Kenobi 

June 15th sees the release of the penultimate episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi.

June 21 – Star Wars: Legion 

This new reference book features painted stormtrooper helmets from the 2014 art installation.

June 21 – Star Wars: Doctor Aphra Vol. 4 — Crimson Reign 

A new paperback collection compiles issues 16-20 of Alyssa Wong’s Doctor Aphra series.

June 21 – The Mandalorian: Grogu’s Journey 

A new children’s storybook by Grace Baranowski adapting seasons 1 and 2 of The Mandalorian releases this month.

June 22 – Crimson Reign 5 

The upcoming fifth and final issue of Charles Soule’s Crimson Reign debuts this month. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “THE SCARLET QUEEN LADY QI’RA has used every tool at her disposal to generate chaos in the Galactic Empire, all to further her goal of eradicating the Sith. June 22 – Darth Vader (2020) 24

June 22 – Obi-Wan 2 

Christopher Cantwell’s second issue of the Obi-Wan series hits comic stores this month. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. June 22 – Part VI of Obi-Wan Kenobi 

The finale of Obi-Wan Kenobi releases this month.

June 28 – Shadow of the Sith 

The highly anticipated novel from Christopher Adam makes its debut this month. Alyssa Wong’s Doctor Aphra series has its 21st issue this month. The publisher’s summary is as follows: “DESPERATE MEASURES! June 28 – Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: Tales of the Jedi Vol. 2 

This new collection compiles Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi – The Golden Age of the Sith (1996) #0-5, Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi — The Fall of the Sith Empire (1997) #1-5, Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi (1993) #1-5, and Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi — The Freedon Nadd Uprising (1994) #1-2.

June 29 – Han Solo & Chewbacca 3 

The new issue of Han Solo & Chewbacca features Qi’ra.
