Ah the Fall! The beautiful leaves changing color and starting to drop (hence the name?), cooler weather, the harvest, corn, pumpkins, Halloween, Thanksgiving. It’s honestly our favorite time of year! It also happens to be a wonderful time, each year, for film. Oscarbait films start to drop, still a few blockbusters in the cannon here and there. Really, is there any reason why Fall doesn’t rule?

This week on CinemaJaw, we put on our denim jackets and head into the Fall as we cover the Fall Movie Preview.

Joining us is the Head Nerd… Head of The Nerdalogues, a comedy and podcast collective, as well as a freelance writer and editor who sometimes ponders pop culture stuff like Batman and Bruce Springsteen. Some things he’s especially nerdy about include: grammar, rock and roll, Grant Morrison, and Transformers. I think it is safe to say, Eric wears a lot of hats! He is the perfect guest to talk about what films to be excited about this Fall!

So, grab yourself some candy corn and open up the windows. Relax… it’s time to make your movie list for the Fall!
