FOOTNOTES

Footnotes (Sur Quel Pied Danser) is a French musical comedy with amazing choreography even if I couldn’t understand the language they were speaking.

THE SPACE BETWEEN

The Space Between, Amy Jo Johnson’s directorial feature debut, is a coming-of-age comedy about a man’s search for meaning on what it means to be a father.

CROWN HEIGHTS

Crown Heights tells the true story of Colin Warner and the road he underwent to get his freedom after being wrongfully convicted of murder.

THE LAYOVER

The Layover is a hot mess from start to finish and so full of cliches but one can’t help from watching it.

I DO… UNTIL I DON’T

I Do…Until I Don’t boasts an all-star cast but the laughs are few and far between.

BEACH RATS

Beach Rats won’t be a film that appeals to the masses but Eliza Hittman delivers a quality film nevertheless.

GOON: LAST OF THE ENFORCERS

Goon: Last of the Enforcers suffers from sequelitis in that it’s not quite as great as the first film but it’s still one that is fun to watch.
