EPISODE 322

Puzzling, isn’t it? How stories can effect us so deeply. Make us wonder: who done it, how’d it happen, what is going on? Stories told in film in particular, with their unique visual devices can deliver some perplexing puzzles. How many times have you been watching a movie, and thought to yourself “ok, self, what is actually going on here?”. It’s almost impossible not too. That great feeling isn’t relegated only mysteries either. Many genres of film give us fun little enigmas to unravel as we go. This week on CinemaJaw we take a look at our favorites!

Joining us is a man well suited for the task. Sandor “Sandy” Weisz, is Commissioner of The Mystery League, Puzzle Designer of The Last Defender with The House Theatre, One-third of The ZED Show, Maker of Read the Room, Maker of BornYet, Speaker, Father of two, and Friend of millions. Did we mention that he designs puzzles? His unique vision gives a special insight into this genre. Sandy is one of the most interesting dudes working in Chicago today!
